What is the AI Life Guide?+
Geeta — Your Life Guide is an AI chatbot trained on all 700 verses of the Bhagavad Gita. Ask any life question — about stress, relationships, purpose, anger, grief — and receive wisdom rooted in Krishna's teachings. Available in Hindi and English.
What is the 18-Day Gita Journey?+
A guided course where you study one chapter per day for 18 days. Each session includes the chapter's key verses, guided reflection prompts, and a life application exercise. ₹251 grants 365 days of access — no auto-renewal. If you want continued access after one year, re-enroll for another ₹251.
How can I support AskGeeta?+

Common Billing Questions
When am I charged for my subscription?+
You are charged immediately when you complete checkout — there is no free trial. After that, monthly subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days at ₹99, yearly at ₹999, and the bundle at ₹199/month. You can cancel anytime from your Profile and keep access until the end of your current paid period.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?+
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period — no further charges will be made. After that, access reverts to Free. Full details:

Can I get a refund?+
No refunds for partial billing periods — once charged, you keep access until the end of that period. Exceptions: duplicate charges, charged-after-cancellation, unauthorized use, or service unavailable for 7+ consecutive days. Full details:

Does my ₹99/month price include GST?+
Yes. All displayed prices are inclusive of 18% GST. ₹99/month = ₹83.90 base + ₹15.10 GST. ₹999/year = ₹846.61 base + ₹152.39 GST. ₹199/month bundle = ₹169 base + ₹30 GST. ₹251 course = ₹213 base + ₹38 GST.
What if my card payment fails on renewal?+
You enter a 32-day grace period during which premium access continues. Razorpay automatically retries the charge during this period. You'll receive emails asking you to update your payment method. If the charge is not collected within 32 days, your subscription is automatically cancelled. To prevent this, update your card on
razorpay.com/customers.
What if my first charge fails at checkout?+
If the first charge fails (card declined, insufficient funds, UPI failure), no access is granted — there is no grace period for a never-successful first charge. You can re-attempt subscription anytime from
/pricing with a working card or UPI.
How do I update my card or payment method?+
Currently, you'll need to use Razorpay's customer portal at
razorpay.com/customers. Sign in with the email/UPI you used to subscribe. We're working on bringing this in-app for Phase 2.
Can I re-subscribe after cancelling?+
Yes — you can start a new subscription anytime from
/pricing. The first charge happens immediately when you complete checkout (₹99/month, ₹999/year, or ₹199/month bundle).
Where do I get my receipt / invoice?+
Razorpay automatically emails a receipt to your registered email after every successful charge. We'll also email a confirmation from AskGeeta. You can download payment receipts from your
Razorpay customer portal. GST-compliant invoices: coming in Phase 2.
My subscription was cancelled by mistake — can I restore it?+
Cancellation is final at our payment provider. To continue with auto-renewal, please start a new subscription anytime from
/pricing. Your existing access continues until the end of your current paid period.
