Refund Policy
Honest, clear, no surprises.
The short version
AskGeeta does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Once you've been charged, you keep access until the end of that period. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Refund eligibility by plan

Why no refund policy?
This is the standard for Indian SaaS subscriptions at this price point. Three reasons:
- Clarity: One simple rule, easy to remember. No "did I qualify?" guessing.
- Trust through transparency: We tell you upfront so there's no hidden disappointment.
- Cancel-anytime is the safety net: You're never trapped. Cancel any time before next billing date and you simply don't get charged again.
Exceptions where we WILL refund
We will issue a full refund in the following specific cases:
- Duplicate charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same period due to a technical issue, we refund the duplicate.
- Charged after cancellation: If you successfully cancelled before billing date but were charged anyway (system error), we refund.
- Service unavailable for 7+ consecutive days: Pro-rated refund for the affected period.
- Unauthorized charge: If someone else used your card, refund + we help report to your bank.
How to request an exception refund
Email hello@askgeeta.in with:
- Your registered email address
- The Razorpay payment ID (looks like
pay_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
- Date of the charge
- Reason for refund request
We respond within 24-48 hours. Approved refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect on your card.
Chargebacks
Please email us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us money and time, and we'd rather just refund you directly if your case qualifies. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
