1. The plans
AskGeeta offers five plans. All prices are inclusive of 18% GST.
- Free / Seva (₹0): Daily verse, all 18 chapters, 3 quiz questions per day, WhatsApp verse sharing, basic chapter summaries. No card required, no expiry.
- Seeker / Jigyāsu (₹99/month): Everything in Free + AI Chatbot (Geeta), daily verse to your personal WhatsApp, verse card downloads, unlimited quiz, daily verse notifications. Auto-renewing monthly subscription.
- Devotee / Bhakta (₹199/month): Everything in Seeker + daily verse to your WhatsApp group at 6 AM + ability to add AskGeeta to any group you admin (1 group per subscription). Auto-renewing.
- Sādhanā / 18-Day Journey (₹251 one-time): Guided 18-chapter course, audio recordings, PDF workbook, certificate of completion. 365-day access. No auto-renewal. Re-enroll for another ₹251 after one year for continued access.
- Siddha (₹999/year): Everything in Seeker, billed yearly — saves ~16% vs the monthly Seeker plan. Auto-renewing yearly subscription.
2. Billing begins immediately
All paid subscriptions (Seeker, Devotee, Siddha) begin billing at checkout — there is no free trial. Your card or UPI is charged the full plan amount the moment you complete checkout, and access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
What happens if your first charge fails at checkout? No access is granted — there is no grace period for a never-successful first charge. You can re-attempt subscription anytime by going to /pricing with a working card or UPI.
3. Billing cycles
- Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days from your first paid charge.
- Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days from your first paid charge.
- Sādhanā course (₹251) is one-time. Access expires 365 days after purchase. No automatic renewal.
- Renewal charges are processed by Razorpay on the same calendar day each cycle.
4. Failed renewal payments
If a renewal charge fails (card expired, insufficient funds, mandate revoked, etc.):
- You enter a 32-day grace period. Premium access continues during grace.
- Razorpay automatically retries the charge during this period.
- You will receive an email asking you to update your payment method.
- If the charge is not collected within 32 days, your subscription is automatically cancelled and access is revoked.
- You can re-subscribe anytime from /pricing.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime, no questions asked. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
6. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. See our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Price changes
If we change the price of any plan, existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You can cancel before the change takes effect if you don't want to pay the new price.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it. Brief outages for maintenance or technical issues do not entitle you to refunds, but if AskGeeta is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days, contact us for resolution.
9. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of our Terms of Use, especially for: fraud (chargebacks without contacting us first), abuse of the AI chatbot, attempting to bypass payment, sharing accounts across multiple people, or other clear misuse.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
